Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

It doesn’t happen very often, but if you’re not satisfied with your order and want to return it, that’s no problem! Simply contact one of our customer service representatives, who will guide you through the returns process. You can return an item provided if the seal is broken after the delivery, it is unopened and full.

Any return is subject to charge for shipping costs, with the following exception: Any reimbursement obligations are not nullified if you exercise your right of return. With the following exceptions, you must always pay within the specified time frame:

  1. You’ve got the wrong thing.
  2. The product was damaged when it arrived.
  3. The commodity has reached the end of its shelf life when you received.

You have 7 days from the time you receive an object to exercise your right to return it, regardless of the reason. To begin the return process, please contact us through emailing all order details at Our support team will go through your query and we will reimburse using the same payment method as the original transaction, and your refund will be processed within 7-10 business working days once we receive the product.

Note: As we are dealing in soap industry, we will not be able ot process the refund if it has been used.
