Welcome to Mud & Moon. By accessing our website, purchasing our physical botanical products, or enrolling in our Academy masterclasses, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks via our secure payment gateway.

2. Artisanal Products & Variations

Mud & Moon products are handcrafted in small batches using natural, earth-derived ingredients. Because of this artisanal nature, slight variations in color, texture, and scent may occur between batches. These variations do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product and are a testament to their authentic, botanical origins.

3. Academy Masterclasses & Intellectual Property

When you enroll in a Mud & Moon Academy masterclass, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course materials for personal, non-commercial use.

• You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share the Google Meet links, workshop recordings, or PDF syllabi with unregistered individuals.
• All curriculum content, formulations taught, and brand materials remain the intellectual property of Mud & Moon.
• Enrollment fees for digital masterclasses are non-refundable once the course materials or meeting links have been dispersed.

4. Pricing & Billing

Prices for our products and classes are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay or collected via Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

5. Shipping & Returns

Physical products are processed and shipped according to our shipping schedule. Once a package is handed over to the courier, tracking information will be provided via WhatsApp.

Due to hygiene standards and the artisanal nature of our formulations, returns are generally only accepted on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. If a product arrives damaged, please contact Client Care immediately with photographic evidence.

6. Communication via WhatsApp

By providing your phone number at checkout, you consent to receive order updates, shipping alerts, and Academy class links via WhatsApp. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time, but transactional messages are required for order fulfillment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mud & Moon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or educational services. Our skincare products are formulated for general use; please review ingredient lists carefully for potential allergens and perform a patch test before full application.

8. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
